Position Title: Sales Coordinator I

External Description:

 

In EA the Demand Planning has an important role in ensuring that forecast for Package Goods and Digital Revenue for the Italian market is credible and accurate.

Purpose of the Role:

 

·        Supporting Local sales and International (IDP) and Local planning (LDP) in weekly/monthly reporting and business/market readiness.

 Key Duties and Responsibilities:

 

·        Extraction, compilation and interpretation of weekly sell through and inventory data from customers and external data. (Weekly Sell Out and Weekly Business Reports)

·        Weekly sales analysis to request reorders.

·        Supporting new releases and frontline forecasting process (Demantra/Toolkit).

·        Supporting promotional analysis.

·        Communication of EA performance (Sell in/ sell trough) on weekly/monthly basis across International and internal boards.

·        Respect deadlines and internal processes

 

Capabilities:

·        High level of Excel. Tableau recommended.

·        Knowledge of techniques to create report

·        Economic and Business Sciences.

·        Middle-High level of English.
