External Description:

EA Mobile is seeking a highly motivated Campaign Coordinator to join our PopCap Live Service team. The Campaign Coordinator will partner cross-functionally with game developers, designers, marketing, QA, and other product managers to plan, implement, maintain, test, and analyze our dynamic player messaging and in-game store offers across multiple titles. From helping players discover their favorite new game mode just as they’re getting bored to offering up a hot deal perfectly tailored to their play style, the Campaign Coordinator ensures that we deliver the most relevant, fun, useful, timely, and appealing information and content to players wherever they are in their lifecycle.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:  

Player Lifecycle Communication, Segmentation, and Merchandising Design   

  • Collaborate with game and marketing teams to gather communication framework, merchandising requirements, and test requirements
  • Define the communication placement and merchandising strategy for each game and channel 
  • Work with game teams and creative services to design and generate new campaign creatives and commerce SKUs
  • Use EA’s lifecycle management platform to implement and validate changes
  • Collaborate with marketing teams on player acquisition optimization and tests

Campaign Implementation and Analysis

  • Plan, execute, verify, and track all individual campaigns across game channels
  • Balance game team priorities, network opportunities, and creative services bandwidth to maintain the multi-product campaign calendar
  • Own the execution of placement, targeting, timing, and governance for all campaigns in channels including interstitial, banner, push note, inbox, and store
  • Program and publish campaigns efficiently and accurately for an array of stakeholders across products, meeting tight deadlines and complex requirements
  • Maintain the in-game SKU catalog for all games, both setting up new offers and configuring variants to fulfill campaign goals
  • Verify end-user experiences meet the expectations and standards of quality for our portfolio Campaign Analysis and Refinement
  • Analyze and monitor campaign portfolio performance, identify trends, tune the long-term strategy, and present findings

Required Skills & Experience

  • Self-starter, with a strong work ethic and a success-based attitude.  Ability to take ownership of assigned tasks and features and meet responsibilities without constant supervision.
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills, able to communicate both creative and technical feedback
  • Strong sense of urgency to mitigate risks and potential areas of concern proactively rather than reactively.
  • Precise attention to detail a must
  • Mobile game or e-commerce experience a plus
  • Experience with digital marketing
  • Experience with data analysis
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to juggle complex priorities and projects
  • Proven ability to partner with cross-functional disciplines and influence effectively
  • Enjoys working in a fast-paced, constantly iterating environment
  • Unity and HTML experience a plus
  • A/B and multivariate testing a plus
  • Experience with lifecycle management tools such as Upsight a plus

Minimum Qualifications

  • BS/BA degree, ideally in Marketing, Communications, Business and/or related field and experience
  • Strong understanding of, and interest in, the mobile games space as well as the wider online environment
  • Experience with end-to-end project or program management (planning and execution)
