Position Title: Contingent

External Description:

The successful candidate will work closely with EA Star Wars brand leadership, studio executives, and publishing teams to support established internal processes and deliver brand insight unique to each product. The candidate will also serve as a primary point of contact between EA Star Wars partners, Lucas Film marketing, and various key cross functional leaders across EA’s global teams.

Responsibilities

  • Support day to day operations for the marketing approvals process for all EA Star Wars products
  • Collaborate with franchise brand leadership, studio executives, and publishing teams to gather materials and insight for approval by various partners
  • Optimize approvals process to determine and measure quantitative impact
  • Articulate and facilitate strategic discussions effectively across numerous disciples and cross functional teams
  • Drive weekly syncs between brand, campaign and key partners to achieve strategic objectives and future content planning
  • Work with brand management and publishing teams to refine and execute on storefront metadata requirements for HD content and mobile client updates
  • Upholds and improve security tools and processes for confidential assets and documents

Required Skills / Experience

  • At least 2-3+ years of brand marketing experience of marketing, preferably on a high-profile brand
  • Business/Marketing Degree or equivalent combination of experience and education required
  • Experience in brand management, brand strategy, product marketing or marketing operations
  • Self-motivated, detailed oriented, independent, organized and proactive; highly responsive, flexible, and adaptable when working across multiple business units and product teams
  • Great teammate with strong collaboration skills who is comfortable with open and consistent communication
  • Excellent communication, presentation, organizational and writing skills
  • Meticulous level of detail and proficiency in using content management systems; Atlassian JIRA a plus
  • Knowledge and/or experience in interactive entertainment industries
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deal with ambiguity
  • Avid gamer with extended experience in console and mobile products a plus
