The Position                     

The Program manager will work closely with the QV leadership and QV Analytics team and cross functional partner teams to ensure the successful execution of the QV Analytics Strategy. We believe that Process Improvement and Data Intelligence are force multipliers that will enable a highly effective, Data Driven QV organization.

Data Driven organizations build and support a culture that focuses on ways to surface, analyze and ACT on data. The Program Manager will actively engage with QV to identify and help drive cross-organization initiatives, including analysis, recommendations and best practices relating to our planning process as well as operational performance improvement. The Transformation of QV through data will lead to the delivery of great games.

 

Key Responsibilities

As a Program Manager, your primary responsibility will be to lead complex, cross-functional, multi-disciplinary initiatives and knowledge sharing across geographies. Most of your time will be spent on delivering complex and scalable analytics solutions with huge strategic impact to QV’s Data Driven Strategy. In this role, you will provide program/project leadership, anticipate bottlenecks, mitigate project risks, make tradeoffs, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints.

You will work with various teams across EA QV to identify and drive innovative solutions that enable teams to achieve business goals and product deliverables in an easy, efficient and reliable operating model. A successful candidate will have a strong development lifecycle knowledge, excellent problem solving, project management and communication skills.

The Program Manager will have:

  • Ownership, and oversight of assigned programs / initiatives;
  • Understanding of, and will evangelize strategic context to all QV teams, QV Business Unit Stakeholders and partner teams;
  • Creativity and will rollout communication and knowledgebase strategies and tactics;
  • Management skills: monitoring, maintaining and improving on execution plans; this may include resource planning and budget management to ensure timely delivery of services.

 

 

Required Work Experience and Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree with a focus on business or management. 
  • 3-5+ years of experience managing large-scale and working with cross functional teams across various locations
  • Proven Program Management experience in a distributed team environment
  • Experience working with cross functional teams, including understanding Business Process, process improvement and documentation strategies.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical and problem solving skills: extremely data-driven and ability to lead prioritization process
  • Sound understanding of development lifecycle and Project Management methodologies (e.g. managing to timelines & budgets, setting expectations, using Agile or waterfall ).
  • Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills: experience in presenting large volume of complex data in a streamlined, summarized way
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
