RTO Supply Chain Analyst

Role Overview

This position operates under limited direction or supervision. Significant responsibilities include the global ownership and management of purchase orders for North America and Europe distribution contracted services, procurement of monthly settlement reporting from 1st Party partners and digital resellers for on-time revenue recognition and distribution of digital assets to our world-wide C2C resellers.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and raise purchase orders in Oracle business system for North America and Europe distribution contracted services (Sony, Arvato, S2GO, Vision, Cinlat, etc), freight logistics, and custom broker duties and taxes. Partner with FP&A team for quarterly or yearly forecast of dollar amount for each PO submission
  • Execute on-time and high-degree of accuracy processing of invoices from multiple vendors for distribution contracted services and logistics to AP Finance for payment
  • Gain and maintain a proficiency understanding of Oracle pertaining Supply Chain, iProcurement, vendor creation submissions, receive invoices, and maintenance
  • Provide and distribute all new release digital assets to third party C2C digital resellers for their website ahead of title launch dates
  • Manage the procurement, preparation, validity, and submissions of monthly settlement reporting from our world-wide C2C digital resellers and first party partners (Sony /Microsoft/Nintendo)
  • Liaise with C2C business leads and Finance teams in securing proper approvals to raise invoices for each settlement report.
  • Must be able to achieve objectives with minimal management direction and elevates major issues to direct manager
  • Participate in problem solving process, recommends solutions, and assist in issue to closure
  • Provide business support to other RTO and Global Ops team due to business need

 

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED

  • College degree / Supply Chain Management or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of Sales Order Management / Manufacturing / Supply Chain Operations experience
  • Experience in the interactive / entertainment / digital software industry preferred.
  • Possess strong verbal and written communication
  • Experience working with external customers and business partners to drive company needs and execute collaborative projects
  • Self-starter. Ability to work with minimal supervision, manage workload and maintain focus on business priorities
  • Responsive, driven, results-oriented nature with high energy level, team player
  • Demonstrated ability to own process, anticipate changing requirements and drive process improvement across organizations, experience developing process workflows and documentation
  • Detail oriented with a high level of accuracy in transaction processing with proven administration skills and a strong analytical business approach
  • Highly organized to manage tight timelines and juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Oracle or equivalent ERP system application experienced required
  • Flexible, comfortable in an environment of constant change, adjusts quickly to changing priorities, remains open minded to new information and approaches, quickly learning and applying new concepts
  • Proficient with PC applications including MS Windows, Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.
