Location : Hyderabad

EA India’s office in Hyderabad supports game development activities for mobile gaming, console, online and free to play casual game portal pogo.com. Two corporate functions operate shared services centers: IT – provides networks & applications support whereas Finance supports purchase to pay, accounts receivables, revenue accounting, fixed assets accounting, procurement support, payroll & FP&A.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Extracting & Preparing Deduction Statement
  • Handling critical Accounts
  • Identifying deductions Types, Research/Validation of Claims
  • Settling Claims/credits in Oracle/Sony (Individual /Mass Settlement) and Claims Approvals
  • Processing of Defective Destroy Credits
  • Preparing Omni Flow Package
  • Bi-Weekly Calls with Stake holders
  • Providing Updates/Comments for Reports
  • Follow up with Sales for Promo related issues
  • Understand Accounts Receivable Concepts and Policies
  • Reconcile Customer Payments and Remittances
  • Perform Quality check in Oracle and Omni-Flow
  • Handling E-mail Queries from business partners
  • Preparation & Presentation of Quarterly Business Review decks with business partners
  • Monitoring and Following-up on Unidentified/Unapplied/Partially Applied Receipts
  • Perform Month-End Close Activities
  • Sub-ledger Reconciliations, Month End Reconciliations
  • Creating and maintaining customer profile in oracle.

 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s and or Master’s degree in commerce
  • Excellent Verbal & Written English communication
  • Advanced Excel Skills
  • Willingness to be flexible with working hours.
  • Experience 7yrs+
