Motive, le plus récent studio AAA de Electronic Arts, est à la recherche d’un/une Développeur d’Interfaces Utilisateur pour son nouveau projet Star Wars.

Le Développeur d’Interfaces Utilisateur travaillera en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de conception, d’art et de programmation, mettant en œuvre les interfaces utilisateur dans le jeu. Le candidat travaillera avec le moteur Frostbite, utilisant la programmation visuelle pour donner vie à des interfaces utilisateurs de qualité AAA. Son objectif principal sera d’offrir une expérience joueur aussi intuitive et attrayante que possible.

 

Responsabilités : 

  • Mettre en œuvre les interfaces utilisateur à l’aide de programmation visuelle dans le moteur Frostbite.
  • Mettre en œuvre les maquettes conceptuelles et les documents de conception, puis les améliorer pour obtenir un traitement visuel raffiné et une expérience utilisateur de haute qualité.
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec artistes, concepteurs et programmeurs, pour donner vie à des interfaces sensationnelles.

 

Vos Atouts :

  • Expérience en programmation visuelle ou traditionnelle, en particulier dans le domaine des Jeux Vidéos.
  • Pensée créative pour affronter des défis et surmonter les limitations techniques
  • Excellentes compétences de communication, avec volonté et confiance requises pour faire le lien entre les artistes, les concepteurs et les programmeurs.
  • Compréhension générale des principes communs d’expérience utilisateur et de convivialité des interfaces.
  • Expérience artistique en interfaces utilisateur (atout).

Motive, Electronic Arts’ newest AAA studio, is seeking a UI Developer to help design, implement, and perfect our HUD and menu interfaces on an exciting new Star Wars project.

The UI Developer will work closely with UI Design, Art, and Programming, and serve as a nexus for UI implementation in the game. They will work with the Frostbite Engine, using visual scripting to bring the art, motion graphics, and UX of the game to life at AAA standards of quality. Their ultimate goal is to make the player’s experience as intuitive and appealing as possible.

 

You will: 

  • Implement user interfaces using Frostbite’s visual scripting tools.
  • Execute on wireframes and design docs, then iterate to achieve a polished visual treatment and a strong user experience
  • Work closely with your peers in UI Art, UI Design, and Programming to bring amazing interfaces to life

 

Who You Are:

  • You have experience with visual scripting or programming, particularly in Video Games.
  • Ability to think creatively to resolve technical challenges and limitations
  • Excellent communication skills, with a willingness and confidence to provide a bridge between artists, designers and programmers.
  • General understanding for common UX principles and usability in interfaces.
  • Experience in UI Art is a plus.
