Position Title: Experiences Sr Product Mgr II

External Description:

We are looking for an experienced product manager to lead the growth and optimization of EA’s subscription products. This person will partner across EA to identify opportunities to improve live subscription products, define requirements, and deliver results.

This role will collaborate with engineering, design, publishing, and product teams to deliver features, optimizations, and initiatives that will enable EA to meet its subscription objectives. This person will also evangelize subscription opportunities within EA to build consensus and align internal stakeholders behind subscription objectives.

This role may also interface with external partners to define how to implement and improve EA’s subscription products across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define product requirements, align key stakeholders, and evangelize vision for EA’s live subscription products to build consensus on priorities and ensure stellar execution
  • Partner with publishing, corporate strategy, and analytics teams to identify and evaluate new opportunities to grow live subscriptions across platforms and screens
  • Leverage product management expertise to partner with delivery teams to define user story documentation and roadmap, specify data requirements, and lead data-driven ideation and testing subscription product improvements to deliver against KPIs
  • Generate backlog of subscription services, features, partnerships, and optimizations to exceed subscription growth objectives
  • Use data and insights generated from live subscription products to define opportunities to improve subscription KPIs
  • Build rich relationships with executives and senior leaders across experience design, engineering, marketing, game teams, and technology to ensure trust, clear communication, and collaboration
  • Partner with EAX engineering, design, and product teams to prioritize and implement subscription features and optimizations
  • Report on progress of subscription initiatives to EAX leadership and senior EA leaders

  • Product management or related experience
  • Exceptional product sense and focus
  • Experience with cross-functional teams collaborating across multiple locations in a matrixed environment
  • Aptitude for data interpretation and multi-variate testing
  • Experience building and shipping consumer-facing products
  • Passion for video games and related experiences
