Position Title: Experiences Sr Product Mgr II

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and prioritize product opportunities for EA’s digital platform, working closely with players, stakeholders, game studios, product strategy, and product managers
  • Be a strategic leader that guides the product to new business opportunities and key initiatives
  • Prioritize product roadmaps and backlogs, define requirements, write user stories, identify analytics requirements, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive results
  • Analyze and synthesize direct competitors and the larger interactive entertainment space
  • Define metrics and goals for your product and be accountable for the products growth
  • Act as vision owner for teams building features - represent the customer in the development process
  • Provide ROI and business cases around new product concepts
  • Work with a wide variety of teams including finance, royalties, UX design, development, business, strategy and other companies to create product requirements documents detailing the future of subscriptions and microtransactions
  • Manage the platform production lifecycle from concept to development to release and iteration

Candidate Requirements

  • 5-7 years experience in game, network, service development and cross-collaboration between partners, both internal and external
  • In depth understanding of the gaming industry and software subscription services
  • Demonstrated ability of building mutually beneficial relationships with internal and external partners
  • Proficient understanding of NA & EU HD gaming industry, development, platforms, and ecosystems
  • Exceptional organizational and analytical skills
  • Incredible people skills and deep comfort in managing through influence and indirect authority
  • Confident team collaborator who is comfortable taking direction or setting direction
  • Solid communication skills with the ability to interact at all levels of management
  • Validated ability to lead cross-functional teams and partner/influence across complex organizations
  • BA/BS required, MBA preferred
