DICE (EA Digital Illusions Creative Entertainment), the award-winning developer based in Stockholm, Sweden, is best known for creating the successful Battlefield franchise with the widely acclaimed Battlefield V. DICE is also home of the Frostbite Engine, Star Wars: Battlefront II, as well as being the creators of Mirror’s Edge. 

The challenge ahead

We have a lot of exciting things going on and need someone highly motivated, reliable and task-oriented to support our studio with administrative duties. You will support both the development team as a project coordinator as well as the leads within DICE Operations.

At DICE Operations we support the other European EA studios in making games, we have several projects on going at the same time and you get to be part of an energetic team with colleagues from all over the world. What we’re really great at is creating solutions for our partner teams, what we need help with is organising some of the stuff in between.

You are great at administration and love to work with people. You understand what it means to facilitate other peoples' work and are truly service oriented. We believe that you are used to working independently, love to take initiative and always have your team’s best interest in mind. Your responsibilities will be varied, but are all for supporting the team to ensure we can do the best work and create the best games we can.

What a Project Coordinator does at DICE Operations

• Help coordinate the team's internal and external collaborations - be a point of contact for other units when it comes to meeting appointments, keeping track of mail correspondence, calendars etc.
• Support our internal communications and reporting, like team meetings and newsletters.
• Support our leads in administrative and organisational tasks.
• Responsible for organising team events, hack-days, functions and team culture initiatives.
• Be part of the team! We are a tight-knit studio with plenty of personality, we play games over lunch, and we really enjoy princesstårta.

We expect that you are

• Highly organised and reliable
• Proficient at keeping track of multiple tasks and responsibilities
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal
• Familiar with Microsoft office products, especially Powerpoint and Excel
• Truly passionate about your job and want to be part of an awesome team!

Familiarity with games and the gaming industry is welcome but not a requirement.

This role is a 9-12 month contract position based out of Stockholm, Sweden.
