Job Description

  • Support People Experience Team on various tasks including partnering with COE’s on projects and employee questions
  • Represent the People Operations Team with projects, including day to day tasks and Business and People Partner questions
  • Own Workday data entry, support, and troubleshooting
  • Fast pace environment striving to find efficiencies in the PE Organization while maintaining a high level of customer support

 

Role Overview

 

General Responsibilities:

  • Manage Data entry/transaction processing in Workday
  • Conduct auditing of data within Workday
  • Create and manage data collection process including New Hire Paperwork
  • Manage and create digital employee files including scanning and copying documents as needed
  • Collect I-9 documents in compliance with federal regulations and data entry into E-verify system
  • Complete phone, email and fax requests for employment verifications
  • Manage various HR-related administrative tasks to support the People Operations team as required
  • Prepare Separation Packets
  • Create and distribute Stock Grant Approval Letters
  • Assist with Tuition Assistance Program inquiries
  • Complete requests for US EDD Unemployment Claims
  • Pick up and distribute final paychecks
  • Respond to high volume of emails in a shared inbox
  • Knowledge of SOX and Global Audit Requirements
  • Knowledge of US and Canada Payroll Calendar

  • A high energy, self-motivated, team player with outstanding organizational talents who is driven, results-focused, and has a whatever it takes attitude
  • Friendly, outgoing personality, with ability to quickly respond and manage multiple groups/requests at one time
  • Creative & strategic individual who sees the possibilities, thinks outside the box, is open to applying new thinking and first-time solutions and has strong desire to exceed customer expectations
  • Capability to problem solve and think critically through special situations and employee queries
  • Ability to multi-task with minimal supervision to maintain a customer focused detail-oriented approach
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Well versed in Google Drive, MS Office, possesses strong Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Sharepoint
  • Detail oriented and able to execute projects efficiently and to timely completion
  • Deals effectively with numerous deadlines and constantly changing priorities
  • Ability to follow directions and know when to ask questions
  • Data entry and/or Workday (HRIS System) experience a plus
