The Challenge Ahead:

We have an exciting and rare opportunity for a Talent Coordinator to join our growing team in Stockholm. A successful candidate will have experience as a Coordinator in a high volume, fast-paced environment. This role would be a fantastic opportunity for somebody to join a hard-working, fun, and passionate Recruitment team within an internationally-recognised brand.

You will play an important role in ensuring that all candidates who interact with Electronic Arts have an exceptional and memorable experience, creating a seamless and efficient recruiting process. In partnership with the team, you will schedule candidate interviews with EA’s various business groups, be a champion for candidate experience and guide applicants on their journey to becoming EA employees. This role requires a superior level of professional interaction with candidates, business stakeholders and many other teams that work together to attract and onboard our future employees.

What a Talent Coordinator does at EA:

  • Coordinating/scheduling/tracking all phases of the interview process.
  • Track and update candidate interactions in our ATS and other tools.
  • Owns the sending and retrieving of important documentation, such as Non-Disclosure Agreements, Feedback Forms, creation of Purchase Orders, etc.
  • Books candidate travel and processes candidate travel expenses.
  • Collaborates with other team members to improve and streamline processes.
  • Supports our Recruiters in other day-to-day activities which include: recruitment events, merchandise orders, presentations, and team events.
  • Ensures thorough coordination and execution of new hire onboarding tasks (processing transactions, coordination with internal teams, new hire packages, etc.)
  • Reviews and audits offer details and employment contracts.
  • Works closely with other areas of HR, including HR Business Partners, Global Mobility, Compensation and Benefits and Workday to ensure that candidates have a smooth onboarding process.
  • Actively participates in team projects which further strengthen the service we provide.
  • Maintains a high level of confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
  • Additional Ad Hoc duties as needed by the Talent Acquisition team.

The next EA Talent Coordinator also needs:

  • Exceptional organisational skills, ensuring interviews are correctly scheduled, confirmed, and tracked.
  • Ability to prioritise competing needs/tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • To be passionate about delivering a first-class service to candidates and Hiring Managers and the ability to do this consistently.
  • Great interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • To be comfortable working to tight deadlines with strong time-management skills and thrive in a diverse team.
