As a tools engineer you will be expected to use your skills to identify ways of making peoples everyday game making easier through creation of modification of tools built using web technologies. You will work with all disciplines within the studio and be challenged with fresh and new opportunities on a daily basis. You will be expected to embed with these teams to deliver end to end solutions in a timely fashion in a live development environment. You will be supported by a great team of experienced engineers and will be a vital part of delivering the player experience on time and at quality.

The next great Criterion Senior Tools Engineer also needs:

On a technical level, you will need extensive experience building tools with C++ and C#. But also a sense of adventure, a desire to try things quickly and the good sense to know when something is not working right or is simply crazy. We value engineers who can think for themselves and be creative with the solutions they offer and be able to deliver incremental benefits to the team as the solution is developed. You will need to be talking, driving and demonstrating solutions to lots of people lots of the time. There will be something new every week and every day and you will need to be adapting to that change and helping that change be for the better.
