Position Title: Principal Visual Effects Artist

The Challenge Ahead

It is important to us that our Senior VFX Artist has a deep understanding of how to create high quality visual effects for real-time game engine. We would also like for you to have experience with at least one major 3D package creating particles/dynamics and particle expressions (e.g. MAYA, 3Ds Max, Houdini). Knowledge of, and experience with, high-end VFX for film is a plus but you must understand the limitations of real-time engines. You have a proven track record with at least a few AAA class titles/games. For the right candidate, there will be an opportunity to take on a leadership role.

• Solid appreciation and understanding of how things behave in real life. A strong sense for realistic appearance and believable motion.
• Broad understanding of technical aspects. Crafting with efficiency and being mindful of performance constraints.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• High sense of responsibility, self-motivation and passion.
• Program HLSL, pixel and vertex shaders, is a plus.
