We are now looking for another experienced highly motivated HR Partner to join our HR team and partner with a diverse mix of studio and technical teams.

The challenge ahead
Your as well as our objectives will be to coach, support, and challenge our leaders and managers to create a highly engaged and talented workforce. The role combines mid-long-term activities, as well as support a very exciting, creative and cutting-edge industry. You will work in a studio that is striving to create the best digital entertainment in the world, DICE exist to push boundaries!

The right person has to be comfortable and familiar with working in a rapidly-changing, high growth environment where you have a real desire to work proactively with prioritized HR and business initiatives. You will partner with different business units and teams and their managers to develop and implement people strategies at individual and team levels, as well as support them with general HR related matters.

Key Responsibilities
Being an HR Partner you will work closely with the rest of the HR team in Stockholm and with our Centres of Excellence, for example, Talent Acquisition, University relations, Total Rewards and Global Mobility.

Furthermore, you will:

  • Help facilitate and create individual and team development plans aligned to business strategy.
  • Establish clarity about critical roles across the studio and develop strategies to address retention risks and skill gaps, ensuring succession plans are in place for key roles considering internal talent as a priority.
  • Develop and lead the delivery of local and international HR programs that drive employee retention, engagement and development.
  • Support the development of high performing teams, facilitate workshops and help leaders with team building initiatives.

 

We are looking for someone with

  • Proven experience in working with leaders in a consultative and coaching way; perhaps as an HR generalist or HRBP with a long-term perspective and tactical execution.
  • Strong business and people acumen; able to frame HR initiatives and expertise in a business context; able to think, act and communicate strategically. Insightful about how people will be impacted as a result of business decisions; challenge driven.
  • Independent thinking with results focuses – able to quickly sort through information, form an opinion, and develop solutions.
  • Project leadership skills with the ability to start and close projects.
  • Presentation skills experience, ability to produce presentations and work with sell-in and roll-outs.
  • Since the role to a high degree will work on an international level, it is important to speak English fluently; being used to working in an international environment is a benefit.
