Position Title: Director, Experiences Product Mgmt

Director of Product Management, Cloud Gaming Player Experience (front end)

We are looking for an accomplished product leader to lead the ideation, definition, and delivery of consumer experiences for cloud game streaming. This person will be responsible for partnering across EA to define visionary consumer applications of cloud game streaming technology.

 

In addition, this person will collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, technology, and studio teams, among others, to define best-in-class consumer-facing experiences that will introduce a whole new set of users to cloud streamed gaming experiences. This role will collaborate with the team building the cloud streaming technology to gain alignment on product roadmap and influence implementation in ways that will improve KPIs and business results.

 

This role will also collaborate with marketing and publishing to define content, partnership, and service offering roadmap that will drive player adoption of cloud gaming technology.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Define product requirements, align key stakeholders, and evangelize consumer-facing vision of cloud streaming for games across the company to build consensus on priorities and ensure stellar execution
• Leverage knowledge and expertise of cloud gaming landscape to define product vision and strategy based on deep understanding of cloud streaming technology and its application for gaming
• Partner with strategy and customer intelligence leads to identify and explore key opportunities
• Leverage product management expertise to partner with delivery teams to define user story documentation and roadmap, specify data requirements, and lead data-driven ideation and testing of player-facing cloud gaming features to deliver KPIs
• Build rich relationships with executives and senior leaders across experience design, engineering, marketing, game teams, and technology to ensure trust, clear communication, and collaboration
• Create and maintain user-story documentation and roadmap; Establish standards for clear and concise specs for new content, features and systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Product management or related experience
• Exceptional product sense and focus
• Experience with cross-functional teams collaborating across multiple locations
• Experience with cloud gaming technologies and relevant data and KPIs
• Experience building and shipping consumer-facing products
• Aptitude for data interpretation and multi-variate testing
• Passion for gaming and related experiences
• BA/BA required, MBA preferred
