The Challenge Ahead:

 

We are building EA’s Cloud Gaming system to run at scale. It is not only about delivery of games from the Cloud but also about bringing a comprehensive gaming to our users. Play the games, on any device, connected with your friends, with a unified experience. You’ll be part of a team that bridge cross-EA services, build the infrastructure tools, and bring a unified user experience.

 

 

 

Roles & Responsibilities: 

  • Facilitate regular team meetings, team coordination, action item, and tracking project progress.
  • Facilitate identification of timelines, dashboards, success metrics, and burndown and scorecards for projects.
  • Build out the integrated project dashboards based on data sets utilizing Atlassian tools such and JIRA and Confluence.
  • Able to produce concise, crisp, and integrated Reporting and Dashboards to executive staff.
  • Ability to coordinate across multiple teams/disciplines in diverse geographical locations .

 

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, Systems Engineering or related fields
  • PMP, CSM or other similar project management certifications
  • 3+ Years of Project and Program Management Experience with matrixed organizations.
  • Expert in using agile project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and others.
  • Versatile with Microsoft Office( Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and Google Suite of tools.
  • Strong commitment to detail and excellence, and a desire to work collaboratively within and between teams.
  • Quick learner and proactive.
