We are looking for wildly creative applicants who have a strong passion for games, great social and communication skills, as well as a positive, team player mentality.

At DICE LA, you will be responsible for building a great competitive multiplayer experience for our players. Heavily focused on the combat and core gameplay, you will establish and drive these systems, and their connections with every other aspect of the game. You will work directly with the project's design lead and creative director to stay aligned with the overall vision, while collaborating with other departments to implement your designs, and prioritize features. We care deeply about our player experience, so you will review feedback and telemetry to iterate on and improve the game. As an experienced senior designer, you will be leading a small group of designers, providing feedback and mentoring them, so they can be inspired and grow in their roles.

You love making and playing competitive or coop games, ideally shooters. Having worked on live service games would be a definite plus. You have deep expertise in systems and combat design but are versatile enough to apply your skills to the game as a whole. You are practical and pragmatic, with experience working in game editors, and maybe with scripting languages too. A great communicator and collaborator, you can motivate and inspire others to do their best work. Passionate about multiplayer gaming, you are interested in where the industry is going, and how we can adapt and lead change.
