Manager Third Party Content & Partnerships

This role is part of the MP&A Subscription & Platform Strategy Team. This team is driving the content behind our most strategic new business model. The 3rd Party Partner Manager, will drive the execution of digital roadmap and enable EA’s 3rd party content planning. You will partner cross functionally to ensure planning incorporates efforts and ideas in all partner teams.
You have a keen eye for the details, you excel at creating ambitious project plans, and you find great pride in delivering programs on time, on budget, and with the greatest attention to quality. You are transparent, process driven, thrive on collaboration, and you refuse to settle for the status quo. You drive the continued evolution of content by driving future thinking about new business models, products, and platforms. You are an excellent presenter and comfortable conveying new ideas to executives and partners. Interface regularly with Marketing, Digital Sales, Business Affairs, Corporate and many other internal stakeholders as well as our customers external developers and partners.
Responsibilities
• Developing long term digital roadmap to support strategic targets aligned with EA’s future
• Account Management for 3rd party content (potentially evolving to include 1st party)
• Create and drive programs for managed accounts to achieve our financial targets
• Manage and ensure alignment of the Vault content calendar
• Partner with EAX Product to make Origin/Access a welcoming destination for 3rd party publishers, including identifying scalable process for 3rd party reporting, identifying – and escalating key gaps in developer platform
• Partner cross functionally to ensure EA has the right types of content in (and planned for) Access, recommend when titles enter the service (content calendar manager); and own content funnel from BD to compliance, and aspects of account management for 3rd party publishers
• Own and report on the KPIs for a healthy subscription around entitlement – identify the effects of the different play types getting added to service - does it make for a healthier service, etc.
• Assess the impact of 3rd party content additions on target business KPIs
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure digital roadmap is aligned with objectives and goals • Develop and implement digital operations programs and associated projects on a global scale – collaborating with team members and partners to execute and continued management
• Regularly assess current processes, identify opportunities to align against new commercial model needs. Assess the review forums (QBR, MBR, SKU planning etc.) to to improve visibility on Access KPIs
• Prioritize requirements to make sure we meet our short-term objectives while moving toward the long-term vision
• Partner with stakeholders to own and execute the launch Subscription and Player Network initiatives throughout the full lifecycle. This includes defining project scope, gaining agreement on goals and expectations, resource planning, scheduling project milestones and timelines, and defining deliverables
• Solve complex, cross-functional operational issues, often unique to each digital product
• Identify and surface risks as they arise, and work quickly towards resolution
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and associated communication documents, and ensure that projects are delivered on time and meet business requirements
• Provide management visibility into project progress through regular, transparent, status and results reporting
Requirements
• Comfortable wearing many hats and managing through the grey as new operating models are developed
• 5+ years of product planning, commerce strategy, and digital product experience
• Detail oriented and a great problem solver
• Demonstrated experience working with multiple cross-functional groups, including business and technical teams that are distributed across the globe
• Excellent project management, interpersonal and communication skills
• BA/BS required
