The EA Mobile Central Technology team is looking for a Senior Software Engineer. We are a core team of domain experts whose main mission is to help our mobile game teams successfully develop and launch amazing games. We help in establishing and developing technology, providing support and guidance to EA mobile titles across the globe. Getting in the action and assisting game teams in delivering awesome games to our players.

Responsibilities:

As a Senior Software Engineer, reporting to the Head of Mobile Technology, you will:

  • Work with partners (game teams and other central and external groups) to develop and drive the next generation of mobile games at EA
  • Develop R&D projects using the latest emerging tech at EA
  • Full stack development environment supporting both front-end and back-end of Mobile titles
  • Provide feedback on emerging tech built by the organisation
  • Validate accuracy of deliveries based on the original specifications
  • Jump in when needed and help game teams, providing expertise and software development skills to help deliver goals on time.
  • Support and drive additional initiatives lead by EA Mobile Central Tech

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of professional C#, Java, and C++ software development
  • BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
  • Full stack development experience
  • Experience working with third party and proprietary game engine tool sets

  • Familiarity with mobile graphical interfaces and implementations
