If you are seeking to test your web content publishing skills, have great attention to detail, and are self-organized, look no further. Electronic Arts is looking for a Associate Content Manager to join our Global Web Publishing team. Exceptionally high standards are a requirement for this position as you will be closely aligned with development, operational, and marketing teams to publish and maintain live updates to a family of product marketing sites.

What a Associate Content Manager does at EA:

  • Adhere to our process, and coordinate, procure, preview, and publish content according to a set schedule for a portfolio of websites
  • Conduct copy-edits and proof-reads for all content prior to live publishing. Provide quality assurance of all your published content after live publication
  • Maintain a consistent look and feel across all websites based on established guidelines
  • Act as a subject matter expert in the tools and processes required to manage site content
  • Assist development teams in preparing staging content prior to feature launches
  • Act as a point of contact to troubleshoot and resolve content related issues or errors
  • Ensure content meets SEO standards
  • Management of digital assets through digital asset management (DAM) tools

The next great EA Associate Content Manager also needs:

  • Experience in content management and web publication
  • Proven track record in multi-tasking, and producing in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Experience with popular content management systems (CMS) such as Adobe Experience Manager, Vignette, or Drupal
  • Experience publishing localized web content
  • Basic Adobe Photoshop skills such as image editing and optimization
  • Experience or working knowledge of SEO best practices and guidelines is an asset
  • Experience with languages such as HTML and CSS is beneficial
  • Experience working with web technologies, online experiences, advertising and / or promotional campaigns would be an asset
  • Exceptional communication skills, including fluent English
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Able to clearly communicate any business impacts and risks to product/business owners
  • Ability to adapt and be effective in an ever-changing dynamic environment
  • Self-motivated, driven to excel with a can-do attitude and demonstrated ability to work well within a team
  • Proven success in collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team in achieving established objectives
  • Open for feedback and enjoys working in a fast paced, constantly iterating environment
  • Attention to detail is critical for this role
  • Passionate for the video games industry
