 Executive Assistant, Player Network

We are seeking an Executive Assistant to support the SVP, Player Network.  Player Network is the clear vision for the future of gaming-connecting a billion people around the world to play.  We seek to amaze our players and continue leading the growth and transformation of our industry through the EA Player Network. This will come to life in our games and services - amazing content, connected across devices, delivered through the cloud...all through a service that enable players to play as much as they want and how they want. Our Player Network will help players connect to more personalized play experiences, and to each other, anytime and anywhere. The successful candidate is highly proactive and able to support the leader(s) and team in a fast-moving and every changing environment that spans the entire company. 

Responsibilities include:

  • Independently provide high quality support that anticipates the needs of the leaders s/he supports.
  • Act as a liaison, problem solver, and facilitator as the first contact for the SVP
  • Manage multiple complex calendars and scheduling of key team and individual meetings
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel
  • Preparation of expense reports (using Oracle iExpense)
  • Prepare documents in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Docs. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a must.
  • Partnering with leadership team to coordinate logistics and presentations for meetings
  • Project a professional and supportive image to all parties in the screening of telephone calls and greeting guests. Prioritize people and situations in need of attention.
  • Ability to coordinate events at onsite or offsite venues.
  • Understand key functions and projects. Provide monitoring and follow-through support on action items in progress.
  • Coordinate with other Executive and Assistants to facilitate good communication, help coordinate joint projects, etc.; serve as back-up for other Assistants as needed.

  • Advanced software skills in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Org + and the Internet. - Highly proficient in organizing worldwide travel
  • Maintains highest level of personal integrity
  • Capable of working with discretion and tact in an environment exposed to a high level of sensitive and confidential information
  • Detail oriented and ability to complete work assignments with a high degree of quality
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and assist multiple team members at the same time
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, change-oriented, problem-solving environment; able to manage in a changing and ambiguous environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Polite, easy-going, patient and service-oriented
  • Team player with good sense of humor!
