Nous sommes à la recherche d’un coordonnateur de l’engagement studio pour notre équipe de Motive Studios, un nouveau studio de pointe situé à Montréal, Canada composé d’équipes de développement créatif chargées de concevoir la prochaine génération de jeux incroyables. En étroite collaboration avec les chefs de studio, les partenaires multifonctionnels et les développeurs, ce rôle est appelé à appuyer et à exécuter un programme à canaux multiples visant à promouvoir et à maintenir la vie en studio et les employés hautement engagés chez Motive.

 

Responsabilités

  • En collaboration avec l’équipe de direction du studio, développer, appuyer et exécuter le programme d’engagement des employés pour Motive Studios
  • En partenariat avec le gestionnaire principal des communications et divers partenaires, développer et gérer le contenu pour les canaux de communications internes, y compris l’intranet et les bulletins du studio, ainsi que d’autre matériel de communication interne
  • Collaborer avec les principaux partenaires du studio et les groupes de ressources d’employés pour coordonner une variété d’initiatives et d’activités internes qui font la promotion d’une vie saine en studio
  • Coordonner les opérations du club social du studio, y compris les réunions, la délégation des tâches aux autres participants, la coordination et la gestion des activités
  • S’associer aux équipes Communications, RH, Acquisition de talents et Relations avec les universités pour appuyer les initiatives locales et les besoins du studio dans l’ensemble des équipes et des emplacements Motive 
  • Appuyer d’autres initiatives et projets au besoin

Expérience et compétences

  • Au moins 1 à 3 ans d’expérience en Communications, Acquisition de talents, RH ou Psychologie des organisations avec volonté de perfectionnement
  • Passion pour les gens, le jeu, les connexions et le plaisir 
  • Capacité de travailler dans un environnement dynamique et de gérer plusieurs projets simultanément, tout accordant la priorité aux travaux à haut rendement
  • Fortes compétences en communication écrite et orale en français et en anglais, et solides capacités d’organisation et de gestion
  • Pensée créative, maintien de l’accent sur les objectifs tout en favorisant des exécutions uniques et réfléchies
  • Bâtisseur de relations porté sur la résolution de problèmes et la collaboration dans un environnement mondial
  • Baccalauréat en Communications, Marketing, Acquisition de talents, RH ou Psychologie des organisations ou dans un domaine connexe, un atout

We’re looking for a Studio Engagement Coordinator to join our team at Motive Studios, a new cutting-edge studio based in Montreal, Canada composed of creative development teams working to build the next generation of amazing games. Working closely with studio leaders, cross-functional partners and developers, this role will support and execute on a multi-channel program with the objective of enhancing and maintaining studio life and highly-engaged employees at Motive.

Responsibilities

  • In collaboration with the studio leadership team, help develop, support and execute an employee engagement program for Motive Studios. 
  • In partnership with the Sr. Communications Manager and various partners, develop and manage content for internal communications channels, including studio intranet and newletters, as well as other internal communication materials.
  • Work with key studio partners and Employee Resource Groups to coordinate a variety of internal initiatives and activities that promotes a healthy studio life.
  • Coordinate the operations of the studio Social Club, including meetings, delegating duties to other participants, coordinating and managing activities.
  • Partner with the Communications, HR, Talent Acquisition and University Relations teams to support local initiatives and studio’s needs across our Motive teams and locations. 
  • Support other initiatives and projects when required.

Experience and Skills

  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Communications, Talent Acquisition, HR or Organizational Psychology with a desire to grow as a professional.
  • Passion for people, gaming, building connections, and having fun. 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously, while prioritizing high-return work.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both French and English, along with solid organizational and management abilities.
  • Creative thinking, maintaining focus on objectives while driving unique and thoughtful executions.
  • Relationship-builder, comfortable problem-solving and collaborating in a global environment,
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Talent Acquisition, HR or Organizational Psychology or related field is preferred.
