The Challenge Ahead:

 

We are building EA’s Cloud Gaming system to run at scale. It is not only about delivery of games from the Cloud but also about bringing a comprehensive gaming to our users. Play the games, on any device, connected with your friends, with a unified experience. You’ll be part of a team that bridge cross-EA services, build the infrastructure tools, and bring a unified user experience.

 

What a Software Engineer II does within EADP Cloud Gaming Division at EA:

 

As a Software Engineer II, your primary responsibility will be to collaboratively design and develop system and UX oriented features. You will interact with team members and mutually design and develop various aspects of the system. You will address both front-end related components as well as back-end.

 

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Design and develop features aligned with the product roadmap
  • Develop UX oriented features addressing with efficiency, responsiveness, and user friendliness
  • Resolve defects during QA cycle, and from live environments

 

Required Skills / experience

 

  • B.Sc. in Computer Science / Software Engineering
  • 3-5 years' experience as a software developer with the following expertise
    • C#
    • Multithreaded systems
    • Unity 3D
  • Other skills
    • Good architectural view
    • Strong debugging skills
    • Ability to analyze legacy code
