Sports Mobile - Associate Producer (FIFA Mobile)

With millions of players playing FIFA Mobile every day around the world, we need to ensure we have a clear pulse on what the community is saying and what the health of the game is so that we maintain a world-class experience all season long.

We’re looking for an experienced producer for our FIFA Mobile team. As a Producer in FIFA, you will lead a small team that’s focused on evaluating the live game to understand critical issues impacting our FIFA Mobile players and driving game updates to address them. You are able to evaluate and understand game KPIs and will work with various groups to define how we can improve those KPIs through game features or processes.

Responsibilities:

Driving Game Updates

• Will lead the Player First Team which is responsible for driving the health of the live game by releasing game updates all year long with critical bug fixes, feature enhancements and tool improvements.
• Will own the coordination and prioritization of all live issues, tool improvements or small feature improvements that improve the health and quality of the game throughout the year.
• Will partner closely with lead Development Director and Software Engineer to define timings for game updates and releases.
• Will work closely with all game stakeholders that feed into the critical issues list including our Design Team, Community Producer and Game Director.
• Will be the main dev team POC for the live stakeholder groups (Community Engagement Team, WWCE, Live QA, Security) to discuss live issues and ensure we have a clear understanding of community sentiment.
• Will run daily stand-ups with stakeholders and team members to align on the current critical live issues and ensure everyone is working on the highest priority tasks.
• Will effectively communicate out updates to the Leadership Team to highlight priorities and upcoming release strategies.

KPI Driven Strategies

• Will look closely at KPIs to understand areas of the game that we need to work with the Community Engagement Team to message.
• Will monitor changes to KPIs based on community driven initiatives and report the updates to the FIFA Mobile Leadership Team. 

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of production experience.
• Experience leading a team, setting deliverables and objectives, and delivering on them.
• Solid understanding of Live Service operations and Development.
• Knowledge of the mobile gaming industry.
• An aggressive, self-motivated, detail-oriented team player and quality driven.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work with varying groups effectively.
• Ability to objectively interpret customer/community feedback and make actionable recommendations.
• Passion and considerable experience playing games, especially FIFA Mobile.
• Demonstrated writing proficiency.
• Bonus - Is a football (soccer) fan!
