Position Summary

We are seeking someone with the right mix of creativity, quantitative and leadership skills who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment for an opportunity within one of the world’s leading in-house media practices. Within the Portfolio Management team, we are responsible for ensuring media support to the right player, at the right time, and through the appropriate channel across the full EA portfolio.

 

In this role, the Global Media Title Lead is responsible for working closely with leaders across select EA franchises to shape our global advertising media campaigns for identified titles. The successful candidate will partner with EA’s internal media Strategy and Planning & Activation teams across both Brand and Performance media to balance immediate and long-term growth, highlight investment risks and opportunities, and ensure best-in-class media support across the portfolio.

 

What a Global Media Title Lead does at EA:

  • Shapes global media investment decisions, driven by business objectives, media strategy, brand vision, consumer behavior, and product expertise by defining campaign goals, audience selection, budget and flighting allocation, and success metrics through brand and revenue driven activations for select EA franchises
  • Represents the Media Center of Excellence during the strategy, planning and activation phases of a title launch and live-service by providing stakeholder education, on-going reporting and analysis of campaign performance, and risk and opportunity assessment
  • Works with media Strategy leads to ensure long-term campaign alignment, partners with internal and external Planning & Activation teams to understand nuances of current programs and capabilities, and collaborates with other Portfolio Managers to increase consistency and knowledge sharing across campaigns
  • Leads media’s cross-functional relationships to provide campaign expertise, transparency into media planning, performance, and forecasts, and identifying appropriate content deliverables to fuel best-in-class execution
  • Tracks title media budgets with careful analysis on performance KPIs and pivots investment strategy to meet short and long-term business goals
  • Delivers thoughtful guidance and recommendations to the organization on the topic of driving highly effective, efficient, and personalized advertising opportunities within the title franchise

 

 

What a great Global Media Title Lead needs:

  • Relevant marketing experience; driving media campaigns for top tier games and brands in highly competitive landscapes
  • Deep understanding of brand and performance marketing and best practices; 2+ years’ experience with all platforms of global activations, such as social, search, programmatic, digital, TV, OOH, etc.
  • Ability to translate high-level campaign objectives into tangible aims for campaign planning and activation
  • Proven success in providing strategic decisions and clear answers in ambiguous situations while navigating matrixed organizations and cross-functional relationships
  • Practice in converting complex data driven results into strategic insights, learnings, and presentations for senior leadership
  • View challenges as opportunities, solution oriented, and a creative problem solver founded on strong communication skills with quantitative and qualitative insights
  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience required; Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or Economics is preferred
