Motive est un nouveau studio créatif, incubateur de PI totalement inédites et prenant à sa charge des projets extraordinaires. Dirigé par Jade Raymond et une équipe de vétérans de l’industrie, le studio Motive vise à redéfinir les jeux d’action et à proposer aux adeptes des jeux novateurs de qualité supérieure. Si les jeux vous passionnent et que vous souhaitez repousser les limites de votre art, profitez de cette occasion unique. Le moteur Frostbite vous donne accès à des outils et de la technologie de pointe, le réseau de studios de EA vous permet de collaborer avec des milliers de développeurs de renommée mondiale et Motive vous donne la chance de concevoir de A à Z une culture et des jeux propres au studio. L’équipe s’affaire déjà à un nouveau jeu d’action Star Wars et élaborera également de la PI originale.

Le studio Motive est à la recherche d’un programmeur de version chevronné pour se greffer à son équipe! Il s’agit d’une occasion exceptionnelle de contribuer à une nouvelle PI fascinante.

Rôle du programmeur de version chez Motive :

  • Intégrer un code-moteur et des données complexes entre les projets de jeu et la ligne de codage moteur
  • Collaborer avec les autres spécialistes pour améliorer et maintenir un pipeline de version robuste prenant en charge des plateformes multiples
  • Gérer la stratégie d’intégration de code et de données ainsi que l’arborescence Perforce
  • Créer, modifier et maintenir les pipelines d’actifs et les outils de processus, au besoin

Exigences :

  • Au moins 3 ans d’expérience en C/C++/C#
  • Solide connaissance de l’administration Perforce, des pipelines de version et du script d’automatisation (p. ex., PowerShell)
  • Capacité d’agir à titre de personne-ressource technique clé entre les équipes de jeu et de moteur
  • Participation à de multiples titres sur PC ou console de génération actuelle
  • Normes élevées au travail et désir d’atteindre et de dépasser les attentes
  • Fortes compétences de travail d’équipe, mais capacité de prendre le travail en main et de travailler de manière autonome
  • Baccalauréat (ou diplôme supérieur) en informatique ou l’équivalent

Motive Studios is seeking an experienced Build Programmer to join our team!. This is a major opportunity to contribute to an exciting new IP.

What the Build Programmer will do at Motive:

  • Integrate complex engine code and data between game projects and engine code line
  • Collaborate with other engineers to enhance and maintain a robust build pipeline supporting multiple platforms
  • Manage code and data integration strategy and Perforce branch structure
  • Create, modify, and maintain asset pipelines and workflow tools, as needed

Who You Are:

  • 3+ years of C/C++/C# experience
  • Strong knowledge of Perforce administration, build pipelines, and automation scripting (e.g. PowerShell)
  • Ability to be a key technical point of contact between game and engine teams
  • Multiple shipped titles on PC or current-gen console
  • High standards of work and desire to meet and exceed expectations
  • Strong teamwork skills, but also the ability to take ownership and work independently
  • B.S. (or higher) degree in Computer Science, or equivalent
