职责描述:
-将会负责游戏及相关功能的各项需求，具体包括成一款PC或手机游戏的：产品设计，原型设计，界面设计，数值平衡，文档撰写，项目管理。
-对分配的项目能够负责并深刻了解项目要求；
-在项目进展过程中，对项目的突发问题及反馈意见能够积极应对并灵活处理；
-学习并研究亚洲流行的手机、网络游戏市场，了解成功的要素并懂得如何借鉴到游戏中；

 

职位要求:

-一名狂热的游戏玩家
-五年年以上专业游戏研发经验；
-完整参与并负责过至少一个多人在线网络游戏或手机游戏的制作；
-过往项目中，能够有从原创到具体制作完成的实际经验；
-对游戏设计理论及质量有深刻认识与理解；
-了解在线和社区功能对网络游戏的根本价值并能够实现到具体设计中；
-了解玩家对手机游戏的需求，并能够在设计中考虑到适合的商业模式；
-能够和其他部门进行有效的沟通；
-英语沟通良好优先考虑；
-竞技类游戏爱好者优先
