Position Title: Sr Game PM I

External Description:

EA is looking for a Senior Game Product Manager at our Charlottetown studio.

 

Key responsibilities:

 

  • Develop and validate the business strategy of an ambitious new project;
  • Help set goals for the product roadmap, and use data to build confidence and clarity in the prioritization process;
  • Chase down leads from as many information channels as possible (data analytics, competitive research, design hypotheses, player feedback, etc.);
  • Synthesize information and develop insights for team members from every discipline (Design, Production, Development, Art, Engineering);
  • Represent the voice and needs of our players.

 

Requirements:

  • At least five years of experience at a games, mobile, or consumer web company as a Designer, Producer, Product Manager, or Analyst;
  • A passion for creating innovative, fun and compelling games;
  • Strong business and creative capabilities, must be able to confidently draw a line from detailed player behavior all the way to market outcomes;
  • Past experience with structured, hypothesis-driven product improvements;
  • Some experience with, or willingness to learn, business intelligence tools and SQL queries;
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent work experience or training
  • English is the required language of work
