We have shipped Titanfall and Titanfall 2 to critical acclaim, and are currently hiring for our Star Wars™, Titanfall, and Unannounced VR game development teams. We’re looking for a Lead Dialogue Designer who will embrace our culture and share his/her hard-earned expertise to help us create an incredible Star Wars™ experience for our players in a fun, third-person action adventure setting.

What you’ll do…

Supervise game dialogue across the entire project.

Work with narrative leadership, design, engineering, audio and animation to support dialogue design, creation and implementation.

Drive the creation of dialogue systems and tools and set goals for the team across production and into future projects.

Establish and maintain best practices and processes for dialogue – ideation, writing, recording, mastering, content management and implementation.

Collaborate on game story, narrative gameplay and realization techniques as a member of the narrative team.

Advocate for audio and dialogue as an integral ingredient of the overall game experience.

Develop, motivate, and mentor dialogue designers on the project.

Ideally, you will have…

5+ years’ experience in the game industry working as an audio and dialogue-oriented designer, shipping multiple titles.

Experience as a manager and/or senior team member with leadership responsibilities.

Ability to grasp the big picture of project goals as well as a comprehensive understanding of needs specific to dialogue.

Strong creative and decision-making abilities.
