Nous sommes à la recherche d’un scénariste en chef qui partagera son amour pour la narration afin de soutenir et d’exécuter notre vision créative. En collaboration avec le directeur de la narration, le candidat sera une voix critique dans tous les aspects du scénario et sera responsable d’établir et d’assurer la qualité et la cohérence de l’ensemble du scénario de jeu. Il s’agit d’une occasion extraordinaire pour un conteur créatif d’occuper un rôle clé dans la définition de l’identité narrative d’une nouvelle PI ambitieuse de jeu en monde ouvert.

Vous nourrissez une passion pour la rédaction de récits de jeux et pouvez porter la vision de la narration dans une équipe diversifiée et grandissante?

Vous êtes un défenseur des jeux en tant que médium de récits et souhaitez contribuer à la valorisation du métier en créant des expériences novatrices?

Vous aimez créer des mondes, leur donner des personnages riches et diversifiés et créer des récits qui permettent aux joueurs d’exprimer leur créativité et leur curiosité?

Votre expérience :

  • Scénarisation de jeux : raconter des histoires, rédiger des scripts et des dialogues, trouver la voix des personnages
  • Soutien d’une équipe de scénaristes ou de concepteurs à titre de mentor ou de pair
  • Responsabilité à l’égard de la qualité, de la cohérence et de la cohésion au sein d’une équipe de scénaristes
  • Compréhension des défis relatifs à la création de contenu narratif pour une expérience en monde ouvert
  • Collaboration avec les autres services afin de soutenir leurs besoins et d’anticiper ceux de l’équipe de rédaction
  • Mise à contribution de votre expérience et de votre passion pour la narration afin de façonner la culture de l’équipe

Lead Writer

Motive is a new creative-driven studio, incubating entirely new IP and taking on some amazing projects. We are seeking a Lead Writer to bring their love for narrative to support and realize our creative vision.  Collaborating with the Narrative Director, you will be a critical voice in all aspects of story and will be responsible for establishing and ensuring quality and consistency of all writing across the game. This is a fantastic opportunity for a creative storyteller to become a key part of defining the narrative identity of an ambitious new open world IP.

What you may be experienced with:

  • Writing for previous games: telling stories, writing scripts and dialogue, finding character voice.
  • Experience supporting a team of writers and/or designers as a mentor or peer.
  • Being responsible for quality, consistency, and coherency across a team of writers.
  • Understanding the challenges of creating narrative content for an open world experience
  • Working collaboratively with other departments to support their needs and anticipate the needs of the writing team.
  • Bringing your experience and passion for narrative to help shape the culture of a team.
