As a Senior Game Designer, your primary focus will be on implementing and balancing content for both PvE and PvP forStar Wars: Galaxy of Heroes.
 
Responsibilities
 
Work with the Design/Production/PM teams to establish and own the evolving standard for balance in the game
Understand how Characters/Ships skills directly impact PvE and balance upcoming (and retune older) content
Understand and help the team maintain a stable Character/Ship PvP meta
Have a clear understanding of the game and be able to clearly, and simply, communicate it to other team members and players
Understand the coreStar Wars: GoH player, their motivations, and play behavior
Work with a team of Designers to review all balance and implementation of new content
 
Requirements
 
5+ years of game design experience (mobile CCG/Strategy highly preferred)
At least 1 previous title where you were directly responsible for balancing content/systems
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of CCG/LCG/Strategy games
Proficiency in MS Excel
Excellent communication skills (written/verbal)
