What the Consumer Products Licensing Manager will do at BioWare:

We have spent the last 10 years working with partners to create amazing apparel and collectibles for some of the most passionate players in gaming. The Consumer Products Licensing Manager will work with our licensees to create even more amazing products and experiences for our most engaged fans. They will work with our game and brand teams to identify new opportunities, negotiate new deals and seek high quality products and partners.

Who You Are: 

You have experience in product management and/or licensing and a keen sense for what our fans are looking for in licensed products and collectibles. You are skilled at working with passionate creators and business types. You must understand the gaming market and its players. Lastly, you must be prepared to work well with a team who demands high quality, respect for one another and humility.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive the licensed consumer products strategy for BioWare
  • Work with our amazing licensees to create a word class product roadmap
  • Develop and maintain pitch and IP documents
  • Look for new opportunities and partners in the licensing space
  • Collaborate with our game and brand teams to identify products and experiences that will make our fans happy
  • Manage product approvals with the game team
  • Negotiate licensing agreements and track contract compliance

Qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience in licensing or consumer products
  • A passion for games and gamers
  • Ability to work with a diverse team of creators and business types within BioWare, EA and with our partners.
  • Experience with managing multiple projects at a time.
