Anthem is a shared-world action RPG, where players can delve into a vast landscape teeming with amazing technology and forgotten treasures. As part of this, we want to tell great BioWare quality stories, and provide deep and engaging gameplay systems for our players. Anthem is looking for an experienced Producer to lead multidisciplinary teams as part of this effort.

 

Key responsibilities include:

• Be a champion for the vision of a set of features, and ensure the teams are building toward a unified experience.
• Ensure the high quality and on-time delivery of a set of features.
• Provide leadership on videogame market trends and represent the voice of our players in feature development.
• Be able to use industry knowledge to lead the development of new and innovative features.  
• Work with project managers to effectively schedule and track development team, to achieve identified and quantifiable goals.
• Report on feature status to senior leadership
• Maintain and enhance creative relationships with internal and external developers; participate in the activities of other product elements, such as Marketing, Legal, Public Relations and Operations activities.

 

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5+ years’ experience as a Producer, must have shipped at least two AAA titles
• Proven experience leading, motivating and driving teams to success.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Successful track record in the development of high profile entertainment software products.
• Strong knowledge of the software/game market and platforms; assertive and motivated team player; strong technical background a plus.
• Ability to integrate seamlessly into an existing development team, and provide value from day 1.
