Location: Hyderabad

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Perform various audits against source documents for payroll uploads and manual entries and report findings to payroll manager
• Upload payroll transactions to Oracle for each pay period to book expenses and accruals
• Distribute various payroll reports such as PTO, Check Register, stock report and other ad-hoc reporting to GL team and other business partners
• Audit and reconcile PTO, Stock reports and report findings to payroll manager
• Maintain payroll records for all expatriates
• Provide support for relocation processing
• Support year-end/ quarter end close and assist with annual reporting required by the EA Tac Department.
• Post Journal entries for payroll invoices, tax adjustments, Refunds and miscellaneous JEs related to payroll transactions
• Reconcile all payroll accounts for accrued wages, payroll taxes, garnishments etc., identify variances and work with business partners to clear it
• Handle GL queries about payroll transactions and provide backup, if necessary
• Maintain payroll facts and other reports, as assigned
• Handle quarterly reporting of worker’s compensation for different states
• Create Purchase Requisition for payroll related payments
• Updating labour statistics in government portal for respective states to ensure compliance
• Handle comparison report received from Benefit administrator and report discrepancies to benefit the team
• Asia entities – JE processing for Salaries, Bonus, PTO Accruals
• Work on assigned projects, as needed

Skills and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• Must be proficient in PC, strong working knowledge of Excel is required
• Must be detail oriented and have strong analytical skills
• Must have excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Must have the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast paced environment
• Must have good communication and customer service skills
• Must be able to work independently and have flexibility in work schedule
• Knowledge of current laws and regulations affecting U.S payroll and prior US payroll experience is preferred
• ADP/ProBusiness and report writing experience preferred
