Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Setup and maintenance of mobile devices
• Troubleshooting and maintenance on a wide variety of mobile devices (handsets, tablets, e-readers, etc.) including upgrading, downgrading, and installation of Beta/Preview and non-Factory firmware.
• International and domestic shipping and receiving.
• Inventory management including daily check in and out, organization and audits
• Documentation creation and maintenance
• Database Analysis for inventory
• Regular communication with global stakeholders and partners
