 EA’s Employer Branding team sits within Talent Acquisition, solving for EA’s hiring needs through targeted and engaging branding, positioning EA as a premier employer globally. We work with partners around the world to engage prospective talent in our EA story via authentic experiences and transparent glimpses into life at EA. As an Employer Brand Specialist, you will report into the Employer Brand Manager as an integral member of the brand team. You will be responsible for executing on EA Romania’s local brand strategy and representing the Employer Brand in Romania.

 Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Implementing employer brand strategy at EA’s office in Bucharest
  • Managing partnership with external PR agency responsible for implementing our strategy and enhancing our external reputation
  • Developing effective communications for internal employees and external candidates

○            Includes creation and/or review of internal newsletter and email

○            Includes management of content creation/curation for our EA Romania and Inside EA Romania Facebook pages, as well as determining ways to enhance our channels

  • Acting as project manager for all employer brand-related activities at EA Romania
  • Providing regular updates to business leaders at EA Romania against key success metrics
  • Coordinating and implementing both internal events and our presence at external industry events
  • Acting as the link between the different Business Units Leaders, the Global Employer Branding Team and the external agency, ensuring alignment, setting expectations and driving the agreed upon initiatives
  • Managing EA’s presence on review sites, like Glassdoor and Undelacrum.ro

Qualifications

  • 2+ years experience in Marketing, Communications or related field
  • Proficient at managing multiple efforts simultaneously
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and writing skills in both Romanian and English
  • Goal-oriented and highly motivated
  • Ability to quickly respond to changes in the business, projects and resources; adapting accordingly and positively
  • Experienced in interacting at different levels of an organization and being able to adapt to what is required by each
  • Solid understanding of project management principles
