The Diversity & Inclusion Project Manager will be responsible for managing D&I deliverables and will partner cross-functionally to lead, manage, and drive forward initiatives for FIFA.

This person will have strong project management and program management skills and will be partnering with senior leaders across the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Senior Leadership, Communications HR, D&I and other groups to coordinate, track and measure our initiatives and overall plan.
  • Partner with leadership and our People team to launch initiatives and provide insights, resources and tools that foster an environment where our employees are respected and celebrated for who they are.
  • Create, communicate and measure KPIs for employee engagement across the project.
  • Identify opportunities for the organization to work more effectively and build out recommendations and plans.

Experience:

  • 5-7 years of experience in project or program management (or relevant role)
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple requests and prioritize based on needs
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and keen ability to establish trust and develop effective relationships with people across an organization
  • Ability to communicate clearly with all stakeholders on timing, expectations, and dependencies
  • Experience working or partnering with HR or D&I teams
