Position Title: Senior Network Engineer / Lead

General role description:
The role of the Collaboration Architect will help build the strategy and roadmap for Collaboration technologies within Electronic Arts, including on-premise, hybrid and cloud solutions.
The Collaboration Architect will work closely with a small global collaboration team as well as the wider IT group.

Responsibilities:
● Actively research, evaluate and build next generation collaboration technologies and solutions to solve business needs
● Manage solution development and deployment adhering to best practices and meeting customer expectations
● Lead project initiatives from small to large complex collaboration solutions
● Assist with both high-level and low-level design documentations when needed
● Develop and deliver technical proposals, LOEs, whitepapers and slide presentations
● Effectively work independently and in a team environment
● Build interop solutions between on premise Cisco infrastructure and cloud technologies
Qualifications
● 10 years of hands-on Cisco Collaboration/TelePresence/Unified Communications experience
● Experience with Hosted Collaboration Solutions and Cloud Architectures
● Excellent oral presentation skills and ability to present in front of small/large audiences
● Skills in developing documents, technical diagrams, spreadsheets, and presentations are required
● CCIE in Voice/Collaboration is preferred but not mandatory
