We’re looking for a Lead Product Manager who will create the Road-map for one of our unannounced mobile games. Reporting to the Head of Product Management, you will set the creative vision for the game and define new features that will provide an exciting experience to our players for years to come. 

 

What you will do...

  • Monitor competitive trends and industry best practices to bring the best ideas to the table and be at the forefront of innovation
  • Work closely with our leadership team and designers to define the key pillars of the game and the long-term road-map to grow player engagement 
  • Define how the player experience will evolve over time and what KPIs to track to measure success 
  • Bring your experience in executing big picture plans by defining and prioritizing discrete, manageable tasks against a calculated schedule
  • Manage a team of Product Managers to ensure successful development of new features 
  • Work closely with producers, engineers, and quality verification teams (in-house and third parties) to ensure that new features are developed in a timely and cost effective way
  • Provide guidance on road-map trade-offs based on the game’s priorities and cost-benefit analyses 

Ideally, you will have...

  • 5+ years’ experience in product management for mobile games
  • Delivered at least one product through the entire product development cycle 
  • Demonstrated ability to create a long-term road-map and short-term milestones
  • Experience in managing a team of Product Managers and collaborating across disciplines 
  • Strong intuition of what “feels good” for players 
  • A motivated, proactive, and self-starter mindset

Good to have...

  • Experience working for a top-ranked management consulting firm
  • MBA or equivalent experience
