Position Title: Senior Financial Analyst

External Description:

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Electronic Arts is seeking a highly motived Treasury Manager with international treasury operations and cash management experience. The Manager will be responsible for identifying and implementing improvements to existing cash management processes and bank connectivity functions. Candidates must have strong collaboration and communication skills, and have a demonstrated ability to work both independently and as a global team member. Quality and accuracy of the work product are paramount. The position requires interaction with all levels of staff and management as well as the external banking and investment community. This position will be “hands on” with no direct reports, reporting directly to the Senior Treasury Manager.

  • Manage the day-to-day US cash operations: daily cash positioning, wire transfers, and ensure liquidity across banking structure
  • Manage treasury workstation (Kyriba) and banking system administration and related compliance
  • Monitor banking activities and services to ensure accuracy, efficiency and proper control. Solve operational problems and initiate/approve electronic funds transfers
  • Manage FX trading settlements, as well as daily liquidity needs of EA, mainly via operational processes such as cash pooling, inter-company netting, and short-term deposits
  • Support US bank account structure: update bank signatories, maintain banking resolutions, and administer various ebanking portals and user access requests
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to update short and long term cash forecasts
  • Work closely with Regional Controllers, International Accounting, Tax and IT to establish bank account structures and to evaluate opportunities to improve current business practices
  • Support FX & Cash SOX documentation and ensure ongoing compliance. Assist internal and external auditor walkthroughs and audit reviews
  • Assist in the preparation of key analytics for monthly and quarterly close process
  • Work closely with Senior Treasury Manager to manage global projects and initiatives

 

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • 5+ years of domestic and international treasury experience in a public multinational company
  • Online banking and treasury workstation (Kyriba) system administrator and subject matter expert
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and social skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Inquiring and positive attitude
  • Must be a team player and be able to multi-task well
  • Strong leadership and communication skills; both verbal and written
  • Working knowledge of Oracle 12, Business Objects and Hyperion Enterprise a plus
  • Education: BA/BS degree in Business, Accounting or Economics. MBA/CTP is a plus
