UX Design Program Manager

Position Overview

The Player Network Design team is looking for an experienced program manager to help drive the creation of the next generation of gaming platforms, changing the way people play across all of their devices. Reporting to the Head of Design, you’ll be charged with coordinating and tracking design programs and projects, ensuring predictability and healthy partnerships within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Manage UX programs, tracking assignments, dependencies and milestones.
  • Coordinate and bridge between UX/Product Design, Development Directors, Product Managers and Engineering to keep product development on track.
  • Manage higher-volume Production Art and Copywriting traffic, capturing requests, assigning resources, tracking approvals and delivering assets.
  • Collaborate with partner teams such as Marketing, Research, Consumer Insights and Executive Staff to intake, prioritize and deliver against design requests.
  • Partner closely with Head of Design and Design Managers to evaluate resourcing and workload on the Design team.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of direct project management experience in a creative organization, such as digital product/SaaS, video production, games, environmental or industrial design.
  • Familiarity with connecting design process to Agile/Scrum development methodology.
  • A calm, optimistic demeanor that inspires confidence and collaboration.
  • Deep experience with project management tools like Asana, JIRA and others, and experience creating design-specific workflows.
  • A passion for gaming is a big plus.
