The Challenge Ahead:

This asset co-ordination role is part of the Marcoms Content Adaptation and Localization Team within the Marcom Production group.  Based in Guildford, this is a support role in fast paced production team. This cross functional team works daily with teams in US, Guildford, Germany, Madrid and Romania so ‘one team environment’ is vital.


The role works side by side with the Media Content Management team – who project manage multiple projects to communicate, drive and deliver global advertising materials for International partners. This team manages campaign coordination, adaptation, and localization for digital banner, OOH and video assets which are deployed for use across all consumer facing touchpoints, such as advertising, TV, web, cinema, OOH placements and social media.


Partnering with multiple partners such as Global Media, International Marketing Teams, Publishing Teams, Core Creative teams and Studio teams to deliver first class consumer facing digital banner and video assets to support EA's local territory marketing campaigns.


This role will be an integral part of the team by providing support and management of our publisher media plans. Organizing the asset specifications needs, chasing our publishers and managing the data to be in a useable format for media campaigns. Ensuring information is sent and communicated to meet our schedules, highlighting barriers to delivery and organizing the information within our media systems.

 

This role supports across all titles in the EA plan.

 

What a Media Asset Production Coordinator does at EA:

 

  • Reviewing media plans with MCM’s and TV Producer to assess what assets are needed for a media campaign
  • Building and maintaining a database of technical specifications for media assets - Video, Display, Digital Out of Home, Print.
  • Managing asset plans for publishers by reviewing asset specs from beginning of the campaign to handoff – recording/communicating change in needs. (from specs to previews of assets before they go live).
  • Project managing tracking and approval of publisher-built assets.
  • Ensuring brand guidelines are adhered to across publisher-built content.
  • Managing collection and distribution of brand guidelines with external partners
  • Supporting MCM’s with Campaign documentation - creative visual mapping, planning & briefing documents etc.
  • Building and maintaining repository of rating regulations in order for this to be used across all media types – videos, display, Out of Home, TV, Cinema etc.
  • Assisting MCM’s in developing automation tools to simplify the media production and localization process
  • Find ways to integrate specs database into media planning tool

 

 

You will need:

 

  • Advanced knowledge of Excel features and functionalities, database management
  • Basic understanding of API functionalities
  • Clear understanding of assets specifications across multiple media channels – Video & Display formats, Out of Home advertising
  • Solid understanding of paid media campaigns (production, relation with publishers, timelines)
  • A minimum of 1-3 years agency experience (marcoms, creative, production, media)
  • Ability to independently manage projects and timelines whilst also being an integral part of a collaborative environment
  • International experience, or working with international clients preferred
  • Have a good understanding and technical knowledge of formats, HTML5 code, Edge Animate, Video specs, TV Specs, etc.
  • Fluency in English essential, other languages beneficial
