The Project Manager will work closely with the Head of Creative and Strategy reporting into  Account Management. This role will be located in Tiburon, Florida. They will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating key milestones in the development of marketing campaigns for all of the EA Sports portfolio. They are not responsible for the final delivery of assets, that will be handled by our production and activation teams.

The ideal candidate is a highly organized individual who has worked as an Account Executive or Project Manager in an entertainment, film/digital production or advertising agency environment. They are used to a high level of multi-tasking and a fast-moving environment. They have great personal and diplomacy skills and are strong communicators and collaborators. They must be solution oriented.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years as a Project Manager or Account Management at a Creative Ad Agency, Entertainment Company or an internal Creative Services department at fortune 500 company.
  • Self-driven leader with the ability to take projects from inception to execution
  • Experience developing, creating and refining project management processes
  • Excellent understanding of project management tools
  • The ability to manage multiple personalities and time-zones
  • Detailed and Organized
  • Excellent follow through
  • Creatively driven and problem solver
  • Must be able to keep focus on multiple tasks and effectively set priorities among projects
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • People Management experience of a small team

Day to Day Responsibilities

  • Creates and manages the schedule from initial briefing through to production hand-off
  • Ensures project stays on time and consistently hits key milestones
  • Updates Head of Creative and Strategy regularly on the status of all projects
  • Organizes regular review sessions with key stakeholders
  • Works closely with all creative teams and vendors to ensure projects stay on time
  • Works with the Account Services Lead to ensure resource allocations is accurate and manageable.

  • Actively participates in formal and informal collaborative efforts
  • Shares knowledge and progress with teammates with respect to collaborative efforts
  • Offers assistance to other teammates when in a position to do so

    to provide input
  • Works and communicates effectively with other members of their team
