The Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic MarCom Coordinator to join our exciting APAC MarCom team. The role assists the Sports and Racing MarCom team in all elements of support in relation to the planning, development, and execution of go to market plans and activities, including campaign management and reporting.

This is a unique opportunity to be part of an exciting team driving success across our diverse APAC region. Working closely with agencies, the publishing team, and brand and marcoms teams. You will seek to deliver top notch MarCom executions and inspire the world to play.

This role reports to the Campaign Manager and will be a key contributor to the broader APAC Publishing Organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • PO raising and receipting for APAC MarCom
  • Assist in EA Game Timeline Management
  • Assist in APAC MarCom Campaign report building
  • Assist in APAC MarCom related freight, delivery, and travel management
  • Assist in planning and execution of go to market plan
  • Collate agenda items, minuting actions, and deliverables for MarCom meetings
  • Assist in organizing MarCom workshop, meetings, and team bonding activities

Desired Skills:

  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders, both internal and external
  • Ability to work with data sets and organize them into meaningful reports points
  • Ability to work with various social media platforms and extract relevant data from them to create a performance report
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • At least 2 years’ experience in admin, office assistance or event management role 
  • Social media platform management for at least 2 different platforms
