We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic Talent Coordinator passionate about recruiting for the world’s largest entertainment company. This is a 6 month full time contract estimated (February-August 2020).

 

You will work with a global Talent Acquisition (TA) team who is at the forefront of recruiting the brightest, most gifted and most creative talent. The Talent Coordinator will support our recruiting efforts in our Madrid offices, specially the support needed during the high-volume recruitment drive (up to 200 testers for 20 different languages).

 

We’re looking for someone who has at least 1 year experience supporting a recruiting function in an administrative capacity.  

 

So what does a Talent Coordinator at EA do, exactly? Glad you asked:

 

Most of your time you will be leading the assessments process for temporary hiring’s, this includes test management with candidates and upload sourcing documents into internal tools. Maintaining test management up to date and applicant tracking data is key for the success of the hiring campaign.

 

You will also be responsible of the interview booking process, organizing agendas, and managing the communication with candidates and internal employees.

 

Additionally, you´ll take responsibility for the final part of each recruitment process, managing rejection communications with unsuccessful candidates, partnering with HR to ensure selected candidates are successfully on-boarded and welcoming new employees.

 

Occasionally, you´ll be asked to source and screen candidates, managing candidate applications efficiency and conducting thorough candidate assessments.

 

Last but not least, you’ll be able to provide innovative sourcing ideas and propose content to the HR social media channels for EA Spain, to attract the best talent and promote EA Employer branding.

 

The Next Great Talent Coordinator needs to have:

 

  • From 1 year of experience supporting a recruiting function in an administrative capacity (ideally in multicultural environment) either in-house and/ or with a recruitment agency.

 

  • Experience of volume recruitment process managing large assessment process is desirable.

 

  • Experience with and be comfortable managing recruitment workflow in an applicant tracking system (ATS) and different internal tools (sharepoint, internal reporting tools..)

 

  • Well organized person, passionate about working in diverse and dynamic teams, able to meet deadlines and manager several task at the same time. Impeccable attention to detail.

 

  • Written and oral fluency in English
