Position Title: Marcom Specialist II

Manager, Marcom Planning & Operations 

The Marcom Planning & Operations Manager is a solutions oriented role that supports the Marcom Planning and Operations team with a focus on maintaining and optimizing transparent and reliable operating models and systems that allow marketing teams to focus on their functional deliverables. S/he will be an operationally minded marketeer with a couple of years’ experience in a marketing or communications environment.  The candidate will have an appetite to apply critical and creative thinking and is comfortable delivering numerous concurrent projects at quality.

Experience & Skills

  • 2-3 years of consumer marketing or communications experience at an agency or in-house

Key responsibilities

Maintain Marcom Operating Calendar and manage meeting logistics

  • Build and foster relationships with relevant meeting owners
  • Manage Marcom meeting logistics as required (Marcom Forum, Forum+, Core Ops to name a few)
  • Support quarterly All-Hands logistics in partnership with Events team
  • Ongoing facilitation and optimization of meeting hygiene
  • Instill rituals into Marcom operating rhythm
  • Adopt 3-4 week horizon on Marcom meeting plans and drive resolutions as part of Business Planning team meetings

 

Marcom Program and Project management support

  • Actively participate in EARS Site committee
  • Support program owners on Marcom Site Leadership and onboarding program and related program trackers
  • Support Sr Manager on Marcom workforce planning program and related monthly meeting logistics
  • Own Marcom Intersections unit meeting logistics and project tracking
  • Provide project management support as needed by creating project plans, facilitating regular check ins, tracking key activities, identifying project risks and issues, developing resolutions and reporting status to key stakeholders
  • Supports ad hoc projects as needed
