The Challenge Ahead:

We are seeking our Europe and Latam Publishing Coordinator to assist with the day-to-day support of our ELP team, as well as coordinating special projects across countries. As part of the Global Publishing Organisation (GPO) the Europe and Latam Publishing team ensure the commercial success of our games in our markets and represent EA on a local level. You’ll be involved with a very dynamic and international group of people who are passionate about their products and the company’s success. If you are organised, collaborative and detail-oriented, we’d love to have you as part of our expanding Operations team to help keep our ELP team going from strength to strength.

What a Publishing Coordinator does at EA:

 

ELP Executive and Local Team Support

  • Independently provide high-quality support that anticipates the needs of executives and other leaders
  • Assume full ownership and maintenance of the calendar; scheduling, confirming, and negotiating for meeting space and relevant attendees
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, with an understanding of time zones and visa requirements
  • Track relevant travel and expense receipts for accurate accounting reconciliations. File and track reimbursements, credits, and refunds through to completion in the Chrome River tool
  • Prepare documents in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a must
  • Remain professional and supportive to all parties, prioritising people and situations in need of attention and handling confidential and sensitive information with the appropriate discretion
  • Coordinate events, in collaboration with the Office Manager and Events Team, including team offsites, company meetings, etc. Coordination includes budgeting, scheduling, staffing, messaging and liaising with internal and external parties
  • Process electronic purchase requests for approvals relating to external purchases, including the processing of invoices relevant to the PO

Europe and Latam Publishing Projects Support

  • Understand key functions and projects. Provide monitoring and follow-through support on action items in progress
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure ELP goals scorecard quarterly update
  • Maintain ELP project charters
  • Support ELP project leaders / virtual team leaders to ensure smooth execution and updates

 

Europe and Latam weekly and quarterly meeting coordination

  • Manage ELP meeting cadence and rhythm of the business
  • Organise ELP quarterly offsite in coordination with the local team
  • Align and manage the team meeting agenda, capturing decisions and next steps

 

The next great EA Publishing Coordinator also needs:

  • Fluent in English
  • Experience and a successful track record supporting senior business leaders
  • Self-motivated, highly organised and results-oriented individual who works with little or no supervision, and demonstrates initiative, flexibility, teamwork, maturity under pressure, and anticipates and resolves problems before they escalate
  • Excellent administrative and organisation skills
  • High level of professionalism when speaking with important parties both internally and externally
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience organising worldwide travel
  • Maintains the highest level of personal integrity
  • Capable of working with discretion and tact in an environment exposed to a high level of sensitive and confidential information
  • Detail oriented and ability to complete work assignments with a high degree of quality
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and assist multiple team members at the same time
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, and comfortable working with ambiguity
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Takes initiative and goes beyond established framework; looks for new ideas and creative solutions to overcome challenges
  • Polite, easy-going, patient, energetic and service-oriented
  • Team player with good sense of humour!
