EA est à la recherche d’un professionnel des RH hautement motivé et axé sur les résultats au sein de son équipe des pratiques RH de Montréal, Québec. Ce rôle relève du chef régional des pratiques RH.

Défi à l’horizon : 

Nos partenaires RH sont passionnés par la prestation d’expériences RH simples et exceptionnelles, tout en offrant des programmes et du soutien de façon utile et efficace. Dans ce rôle, le candidat devra interagir avec les employés, favoriser l’autonomie des gestionnaires de personnel, soutenir l’efficacité de l’équipe et les initiatives d’engagement, planifier et exécuter les programmes de RH et sera un gardien de la culture pour EA.

Rôle du partenaire RH chez EA :

  • Agir à titre de conseiller de confiance pour les employés et les gestionnaires de première ligne; offrir de l’encadrement et des conseils sincères et impartiaux pour améliorer les capacités individuelles et collectives, et rehausser l’efficacité du gestionnaire à répondre aux besoins d'affaires actuels et futurs
  • Établir des relations efficaces et collaborer avec les partenaires internes, y compris les chefs de division, les partenaires d’affaires RH et les partenaires de centre d’excellence, pour proposer des pratiques RH efficaces et à incidence élevée dans l’ensemble de la région
  • Soutenir les gestionnaires dans l’utilisation de l’information sur les talents, y compris l’analyse de l’effectif, la planification de l’effectif et les paramètres RH connexes
  • Guider les programmes et pratiques liés aux talents, la gestion du rendement, la planification des talents et la planification de la rémunération dans l’ensemble des groupes clients et des régions
  • Appuyer et promouvoir les initiatives de changement au sein des équipes
  • Collaborer avec le centre d’excellence et les partenaires d’affaires à l’élaboration et à la mise en œuvre d’approches créativesen matière de reconnaissance et de récompense des employés qui attirent et maintiennent en fonction des talents diversifiés et reflètent la philosophie et les plans de croissance de EA
  • Veiller à l’exécution réussie du cycle de vie de rendement et de rémunération dans l’ensemble des groupes clients assignés de la région
  • Collaborer avec les gestionnaires, les employés et les centres d’excellence pour développer la capacité globale de favoriser un lieu de travail sain, uni, collaboratif, amusant, juste et équitable

Autres exigences relatives au partenaire RH :

  • Baccalauréat dans un domaine pertinent combiné à un minimum de cinq ans de succès progressif à titre de partenaire RH
  • Expérience démontrée dans la gestion et la mise en œuvre de programmes ou d’initiatives de RH à l’échelle du secteur/des régions
  • Esprit analytique et expérience démontrée de l’utilisation des données et des données appuyées sur des faits au soutien de l’entreprise
  • Expertise en matière de RH avec expérience démontrée en encadrement et en développement, en gestion du changement et en gestion des talents
  • Aisance à composer avec l’ambiguïté et le changement constant, à résoudre méthodiquement des problèmes complexes, à établir des priorités et à respecter les engagements
  • Solide expérience en gestion et livraison de projet; promotion des programmes de talents dans le secteur
  • Bonne compréhension du droit du travail local combinée à la capacité d’acquérir un haut niveau de compréhension des règles et des pratiques d’emploi régionales
  • Passion pour la création d’organisations saines, la transformation et la promotion de la culture en guise d’avantage concurrentiel
  • Aisance en français et en anglais

 

People Practices Partner - Contract

EA is looking for a highly motivated and results-driven HR professional to join its People Practices team based in Montreal, Quebec.  This role will report into regional People Practices leader.

The Challenge Ahead: 

Our People Partners are passionate about delivering simple and awesome people experiences while delivering programs and support in meaningful and efficient ways.  In this role you will be connecting with employees, enabling people managers, supporting team effectiveness and engagement initiatives, planning and delivering people programs and being a cultural steward for EA.

What the People Partner does at EA:

  • Acts as a trusted advisor by employees and front-line managers; provides candid, unbiased coaching and counsel to improve individual and team capabilities and enhance manager effectiveness to meet current and future business needs
  • Builds effective relationships and collaborates with internal partners, including business leaders, HR business partners and COE partners, to deliver high impact and effective people practices across the region
  • Supports managers on the use of talent insights including workforce analysis, headcount planning and related HR metrics
  • Provides guidance on talent programs and practices, performance management, talent planning and compensation planning across client groups and regions
  • Supports and champions change initiatives with teams
  • Works with COE and the business partners to develop and implement creativeapproaches to employee recognition and rewards that attracts and retains talent of a diverse workforce and reflects EA’s philosophy and growth plans
  • Ensures the successful delivery of performance and compensation life-cycle across all assigned client groups within region
  • Works with managers, employees and COEs to develop overall capability to foster a healthy, cohesive, collaborative, fun, fair and equitable workplace

 Our People Partners also need to have the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field combined with minimum of five years of progressive success as an HR partner
  • Proven experience managing and implementing HR programs and/or initiatives across the business/regions
  • Analytical mindset with proven experience using data and data-driven insights to support the business
  • Subject matter expertise, with demonstrated experience in coaching and development, change management, and overall talent management
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and constant change, able to methodically work through complex issues, set priorities and execute on commitments
  • Solid project management and delivery experience; facilitating talent programs across the business
  • Good understanding of local employment law combined with the ability to gain a high-level understanding of regional employment customs and practices
  • Has a passion for creating healthy organizations, driving transformation and helping culture be a competitive advantage
  • Fluent in French and English
