Position Title: Quality Analyst II

External Description:

Main Responsibilities:

Support the Loc department in the localization process of EA products, in line with EA procedures and requirements, particularly related to First Party (Microsoft, Nintendo, Sony), Legal and metadata content.

Perform text reviews on localized EA products, making sure these are compliant with First Party requirements.

Be in charge of all activities tied to in-game Legal localization.

Be responsible for the quality of all localized content published on the Sony, Microsoft, Nintendo and Origin Stores (metadata).

Act as the interface between EA Localization, EACC, Legal Approvals, Legal Privacy and Digital Publishing.

Provide EA Loc with KPIs and post project evaluations to improve bug prevention.

 

Requirements:

Excellent knowledge of technical requirements and Compliance issues.

Excellent attention to details and communication skills.

Excellent knowledge of localization testing processes and tools.     

Very good knowledge in cultural areas related to EA videogames:

- Understands customers, proactively gathering information to learn about their needs and expectations.

- Builds ongoing relationships with customers.

- Sets customer expectations appropriately.

- Collaborates with other teams to ensure the customer gets a flawless product or service
